大倾角仰斜采场围岩稳定性研究

Study on the Stability of Surrounding Rock in Uphill Mining under the Large Angle Seam

摘要: 大倾角仰斜采场的围岩稳定性是制约安全高效开采的重要因素,以杨营煤矿大倾角仰斜开采生产实践为例,在软弱破碎围岩大倾角仰斜采场中引用“内外应力场理论”来分析采场的力学问题,建立起大倾角仰斜开采条件下,倾角和支架的支护阻力对内外应力场分布影响关系。并运用UDEC数值模拟软件对近水平和大倾角条件下采场矿压规律进行模拟,通过数值模拟对比分析,得出大倾角仰斜采场应力场分布规律及支架支护阻力对围岩稳定性影响的规律,为大倾角仰斜采场围岩稳定性研究提供理论依据。

Abstract: The rock stability control around uphill mining under the large angle seam is an important factor in safety and high efficient coal mining . Taking the production practice under the large angle seam in Yangying Mine. The theory of internal and external stress field is quoted to analysis the mechanical problems in uphill mining under under the large angle seam. the support resistance has a relationship with the theory of internal and external stress field in uphill mining . Using the numerical simulation software of UDEC , it simulating the mine pressure law of mining stope under the nearly horizontal and the dipping seam. with the comparative analysis in numerical simulation, the conclusion that specialdistribution law of stress field distribution and plastic zone distribution around uphill mining under the large angle seam, the correctness of the theory of internal and external stress field. on the basis of the above theory , the stability of surrounding rock around uphill mining under the dipping seam is proposed.
